Why do we do what we do?
Within the Whitegoods Industry, there are a number of large ‘National’ companies with large advertising budgets that advertise for out of warranty or ‘Chargeable’ repairs by competing with smaller, Local Engineers. Although they do provide the service that they advertise, in most instances, they simply ‘Sub-Contract’ the repair to a Local Engineer and pay a fraction of the income they have generated per repair. Again, in most instances, they also source and supply all the spare parts required for any repair and retain any profit on the spare parts.
This ultimately means that although your Local Engineer is doing the repair, and they are ‘Administrating’ the repair, they will not be receiving the full income for the repair and income is restricted by not being able to source and supply their own spare parts.
With National Appliance Care, our aim is to compete with these larger companies so we can provide Local Engineers with an opportunity to receive more ‘Chargeable’ Repairs while they maintain the ‘Lions Share’ or bulk of the income.
When booking a repair via National Appliance Care, you can rest assured that when we allocate your repair, you will be dealing directly with your Local Engineer, paying your Local Engineer directly and hopefully you will develop a good relationship with your Local Engineer for any future appliance problems that might arise.

Service Charges / Quoted Fees…
Applicable Service Charges are quoted at the point of booking the service request and then confirmed by any attending Engineer prior to any visit so you know exactly what to expect. Your Service Charge is quoted for and will include the following:
- Engineer Callout
- Labour / Any time spent to do the repair – Whether it be 10 Minutes or 10 Hours!
Your Service Charge is a fixed fee for the callout & Labour and does not include any parts that might be needed for the repair. In the event of any customer not wanting to go ahead with any repair due to required parts cost or spare part back order delays, the Service Charge will remain payable as the Engineer will have visited and spent time diagnosing the fault.
We do not offer a free callout or free estimates / quotes.
