Who are we?
National Appliance Care (NAC) is primarily a National ‘Chargeable‘ or ‘Out of Warranty‘ Repair Network but as we have grown and developed, there has been an increase in enquiries from both Insurance Companies and Manufacturers asking if we can assist with a repair or in some instances ‘repairs‘ where a current Service Network is struggling to meet the service level requirement or the needs of their customer.
We believe that one of the reasons behind this is that we set out to slowly grow in to becoming one of the well known National Appliance Repair businesses within the UK and we are now achieving that status. At NAC, we not only strive to be successful, we crave the success of a network that shines above all others.
We have both shown and proven that we have a network that like working with us and one that value the repairs that we generate for them as they are more lucrative than the same repair would be from another work source. One of the main results of this is that the support we receive from our network is excellent and all our engineers always work with us to accommodate ‘ad-hoc’ or ‘special’ requests when asked… But we don’t stop there…
At NAC, we strongly feel that there’s little point in telling perspective clients that ‘we will‘ or ‘we can‘ when the only option we have is to send any repair request to a Self Employed Engineer that can say ‘I cant because…‘. That’s why here at NAC, we are employing, full time, permanent Engineers that are Gas Qualified and Refrigeration Systems Qualified. All of our Employed Engineers are given all the support needed to provide a First Class Service to any client that we work with or on behalf of. As an Employed Engineer, they drive a new, sign-written and always clean Ford Transit Connect van, they wear clean, top quality embroidered full uniform and they are each armed with a Cellular iPad Air with which they use to update our call centre / repair administration staff on repairs in real-time including all the relevant repair / job information and all updates include many desirable sets of information / feedback such as images, customer signatures and safety test results using our very own Job Management System – SERVICEmate.
